Andy Murray uses an Aircast A60

Tennis star Andy Murray has had some bad luck in his career with injuries – in the past he’s suffered with neck, back and wrist problems to name a few. In 2011 the Scot suffered a partial tear to one of the tendons on his right ankle while competing in the French Open and on a few occasions since then has struggled with his ankles. To maintain stability he uses an Aircast A60 ankle brace, sometimes on both ankles which has proven particularly important for a sport such as tennis where a lot of strain is put on the ankles via twisting and turning. Here’s some footage of Andy practising while wearing the ankle braces –
